Salmon contains unsaturated fat, and the chefs at Blue Frog use Norwegian salmon for its high quality, grilling the fish slightly so that the unsaturated fat remains, while the flavor of the fish is retained. Served with a lettuce salad and roasted butter potatoes, the dish offers a perfect blend of flavors.

The new "Big Blue Benedict" series, including smoked salmon Benedict egg and avocado Benedict egg, are perfect for those who seek a Benedict egg treat with rich source of unsaturated fat.

To have a healthy meal, grains are indispensable. Here, the restaurant chain uses traditionally baked Italian wheat ciabatta bread and focaccia to encase delicious fillings.

My favorite is the Cuban sandwich, with a filling of bacon, smoked ham, cheddar cheese, pickles and mustard mayo.

As for burgers, the signature dish of the restaurant chain, the new menu offers healthy burgers.

Small burgers with Australian Wagyu beef patties topped with cheddar cheese, pan-fried onions and pickles are so delicious that it takes an effort to stop eating them.

The new menu also features a wide choice of salads. Each salad contains 10 or more ingredients, and that means the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients are packed into the eye-catching dishes.
