It can be really frustrating when you don't see results early on, even though you have been dieting really hard. But that should not disappoint you and you must understand that sometimes it takes time for your body to adjust and when it does the pounds will start to drop. The key is to stay consistent and keep it up. If you remain patient and stick to your routine, then you will find that eating and exercising will become a habit. When this happens you will no longer feel like you are dieting and gradually results would be visible. Just be patient.
