Pavlovsky also revealed that even though the legendary French designer Coco Chanel (1883-1971) had never been to China, she had decorated her apartment in Paris with Chinese furniture and works of art.
She had a deep passion for lacquered coromandel screens made in China.
Meanwhile, ever since Chanel introduced its price-harmonization strategy in April 2015, it has managed to curb the parallel market caused by currency fluctuations. This means there is no big gap between Chanel product prices in China and abroad.
