Li Jianhua appointed Ningxia Party chief

BEIJING - Li Jianhua has been appointed secretary of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), replacing Zhang Yi, the CPC Central Committee said in a statement Tuesday.
