Urgent: China issues detailed reform roadmap

BEIJING - The full text of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee's decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms was issued Friday, providing a roadmap for China's further development.

The decision was approved at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held from November 9 to 12 in Beijing.
