However, some people are too busy making a living at night to enjoy these pleasures. Such is the case in Changchun city, Northeast China's Jilin province. Some of the migrant workers or laid-off employees with a low income and children studying stand in the cold wintery night to make a living. However, they are hopeful about the future.
