Atlanta kept a good momentum from Tuesday's win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, who had won 11 straight in the series against Hawks.
Thabo Sefolosha finished with 20 points and Paul Millsap had 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Hawks. Dennis Schroder added 13 points. Jimmy Butler had 39 points for the Bulls and Dwyane Wade scored 25, while the Bulls have lost four of five games.
The Hawks led by 17 points early in the second quarter before Chicago cutting the deficit to one on 85-86 early in the third. But the Hawks led the rest of the way and extended the lead to 11 to put the victory beyond reach.
