Air accident investigators view the debris of a helicopter that crashed near Middlewich, north-west England killing five people, Oct 23, 1996. Matthew Harding, vice-chairman of English Premier League soccer club Chelsea, was among the dead when the helicopter went down during its return to London after a trip to watch Chelsea play Bolton Wanderers in a cup tie.
