As an old saying goes, you have to take 10 years to grind a sword. The same is true for the birth of an electronic luggage bag that can store, drive and guide at the same time. The decade-long invention with patent by a farmer in Central China's Hunan province is able to run two to three hours at one stretch, with a maximum speed of 20km per hour.
"I was inspired when I heard people complain time and again about carrying heavy luggage while travelling, especially when getting a taxi proves to be difficult," said He Liangcai, the inventor. "This kind of electronic luggage bags actually offers a one-stop solution to that. And it's green and environmentally friendly."
