Creative 'smart art' made from daily objects

An artist creates amazing images using only a pen and objects he finds around the house.

Stepan Ruzek, from Prague, started his smart art project when he was untangling his headphones and they reminded him of the eyes of a snail. The 21-year-old architecture student then decided to draw around the headphones and create a quirky image - and discovered how effective using household objects in his art could be. He has since used quirky objects in his work, such as sandwiches, potato mashers and razors. Several lines plus a familiar object bring viewers into the world of imagination.
