Large Medium SmallAmerican painter Rick Lewis' solo exhibition Wind Against Tide showcases his three latest series of abstract work on paper: Landscape, Reflection and Untitled. By scraping back paint, soil and loose pigment, he builds layer upon layer of raw elemental memories that recall environments he once experienced. Each piece is imbued with depth and intelligence, making an inspired whole.
