Qianyan Bridge, the longest stone bridge across a lake in China, has officially re-openned to the public after a major restoration. The two-month renovation has restored the historic featured of the old bridge which dates back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The bridge, located at Poyang Lake in East China's Jiangxi province, is 2657 meters long and has nearly 1,000 openings. The openings gives the bridge its name Qianyan, literally meaning one thousand holes. [Photo/VCG]
