Groom Gu Chenkun and his bride, He Guangying, drink cross-cupped wine on their wedding day in Zhongxian county, Chongqing municipality, on Oct 25, 2016. Gu, 85, got engaged to He in 1950 before he joined the army and was sent to fight in the Korean War. He, 82, has taken care of Gu, who was paralyzed in the war, since he returned.
