Large Medium SmallBEIJING -- A special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Kenyan independence in Kenya on December 12, a Foreign Ministry spokesman announced Thursday.
The special envoy is Wan Exiang, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, spokesman Hong Lei told a routine press meeting.
