Court hears appeal by tenor's son

The younger Li, son of renowned tenor Li Shuangjiang, and four other men were detained on Feb. 21 after a woman surnamed Yang reported to police that she had been taken to a hotel and gang raped. The younger Li was sentenced to ten years in prison, while Wang 12 years, and three others were given prison terms ranging from 3 to 4 years in the first trial.
