Students who want to pay for some extra privacy while studying can now rent separate booths at one university for 800 yuan ($130) a year. Jilin Agricultural University Library in Changchun city, provincial capital of Jilin province, so far has 169 rooms, each one square meter of space, and all of them have been rented, mostly by senior students preparing for postgraduate and civil service exams.[Photo/CFP] |
