Tibetans celebrate the Wangguo Festival in Doilungdeqen county in Lhasa, capital of the Tibet autonomous region on July 17, 2013. Wangguo is transliterated from Tibetan and literally means "surrounding crops". During the festival, which usually falls before autumn harvest in late July or early August, Tibetans dress up and line up wandering around crops to celebrate the harvest.
