SHIJIAZHUANG - A man, who is allegedly disgruntled with society, drove a car to crash into a group of students on their way home in a North China town on Monday.
Twenty-three students were knocked down in Fengning county, Hebei province, 13 of whom remain hospitalized, local police said Tuesday.
