The purchase was made on Dec 20 in Germany, said Zoomlion, without revealing more details.
Founded in 1978, the Neuenburg, Germany based M-TEC is a world-leading dry mortar producer. Its products are sold in 55 countries and regions around the world.
Zoomlion is a Chinese manufacturer of construction machinery and sanitation equipment and is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Its headquarters are in the Zoomlion Science Park in Changsha, the provincial capital of central China's Hunan province.
