Eve Group's new brand investment

Chinese apparel company Eve Group recently announced an investment in Soiree. Founded a year ago, Soiree is an internet-based fashion label that focuses on little black dresses. One of the biggest local apparel companies, Eve is now building a bigger platform for new fashion brands with a focus on e-commerce, the company says.

Montblanc fetes arts patron

Luxury writing instrument brand Montblanc recently held its Montblanc de la Culture Arts Patronage Awards ceremony in Venice. The award recognizes patrons of the arts who support talent globally. This year's prize went to Giorgio Marconi for founding the non-profit Marconi Foundation for Contemporary and Modern Art.

Jewelry mall holds exhibition

The Beijing Caishikou Department Store recently held a jewelry exhibition called Reflection on the Author showcasing 30 pieces of fine jewelry made by Italian designers. The exhibition is part of the 60th anniversary of the jewelry mall. The company will also hold a series of promotions through May 15.
