On Dec 4 2012,a new generation of leading collective took office at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It formulated and implemented the Eight-Point Guideline and strived to get over 80 million Party members to be more pragmatic, incorruptible and closer to the masses.

He is leading at home and he is leading internationally.
