 Large Medium  SmallBEIJING - Four Chinese officials are under investigation for suspicion of taking bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) said on Thursday.
The local procuratorate of Ningxia Hui autonomous region has decided to investigate the separate cases involving Chang Limin, former general manager of a state-owned agricultural cooperation in Ningxia, and Zhang Xingbin, former senior member of the Wuzhong city committee of the Communist Party of China, on suspicion of taking bribes, the SPP said in a statement.
Prosecutors in Wuzhong city are also investigating the suspected graft case of Zheng Xinping, a former senior executive of the Ningxia Yellow River Rural Commercial Bank.
The SPP said local prosecutors of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region are investigating a case with Liang Zhenlin, former deputy head of the region's justice agency, for bribery and dereliction of duty suspicions.
