Paralyzed with fear
Yang Hongwei, former deputy Party chief of Chuxiong prefecture, Yunnan province, was reportedly hosting a meeting when officials from the provincial discipline inspection commission burst in and announced that he was under investigation on April 27, 2011.
Insiders said Yang was "paralyzed right away and carried out by four policemen".
