BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed Monday the need for quality, implementation and supervision of reform plans.

He made the remarks while chairing the fifth meeting of the Leading Group for Overall Reform, of which he is the head.

The meeting reviewed three reform programs.

One regards circulation of rural land management rights. Another is on pilot reforms to develop stock cooperation among farmers on collectively-owned assets. The third is about reforms on funding for science and technology.
