"The attack on civilians by knife wielding assailants in China is a terrorist attack and the worse terrorist attack and we condemn it in its strongest term," Sediqi told Xinhua.
He also rejected the reports those who committed the coward offensives had received training in Afghanistan, saying the government would not allow anyone to receive training in Afghan soil.
A group of terrorists armed with knifes attacked civilians at a railway station in Yanan province of China on Saturday killing 29 persons and injuring 143 others.
"We are committed to fighting against terrorism and since 2001 we have been fighting against Taliban, al-Qaida and other terrorists," the official went on to say, adding Afghan police are vigilant.
