The festive beer is accompanied by authentic Bavarian dishes to honor the traditional regional tastes. Bernhard Cekon, executive sous chef at Paulaner Bräuhaus restaurant, has designed a special Oktoberfest menu that ensures the great taste and authentic flavors of Bavarian cuisine are enjoyed by all participants.
During the beer festival, Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center has launched the Oktoberfest Sunday brunch priced at 290 yuan ($44) per person or 428 yuan ($65) with free flow beer.
Designed for families to experience Bavarian culture for a day, the brunch is widely-known for its huge variety of dishes. The Bavarian cuisine is paired with the event's signature home-brewed beer.
In addition, guests can enjoy the a la carte menu and special customized event packages are also available upon request.
