California-based Beaulieu Vineyard recently held a tasting event in Peninsula Beijing to unveil its wines in the Chinese market, with dishes inspired from White House dinners.
Founded in 1900, the vineyard is in Napa Valley, one of the major wine regions in the world. Since the 1940s, BV's wines have been served at the White House.
One flagship wine unveiled was the 2014 Georges de Latour Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The other wines released included the 2015 Prestige Chardonnay and the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford.
