Tashi, 27, a native of Lhasa, graduated from Tibet University. He likes singing and writing songs. Against his family's wish that he become a civil servant, he borrowed money to set up a music production company and train Tibetan musicians. In his second year he worked with a band that became popular and developed "new Tibetan music". The last few years have seen an increasing number of musicians signed with his company. [Photo/qq.com]
