Mountain 'Spiderman' collects garbage at a cliff

People's Daily Online | Updated: 2017-01-25 07:39

Hanging hundreds of meters in the air is just daily routine for Huang Lijiang, an employee of Batai Mountain scenic spot in Southwestern China's Sichuan province. The 30-year-old adventurer is a rock-climbing enthusiast who also has altruistic motives: to collect litter left behind by tourists. In addition, his work on the 2,000-meter-high mountain includes geological surveys and safety checks.
