Wang/Sun win all-Chinese mixed doubles final at WTT China Smash

BEIJING -- Reigning Olympic and world champions Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha of China were crowned in mixed doubles with a straight-game victory over compatriots Huang Youzheng and Chen Yi at the WTT China Smash on Friday.
The sixth seeds emerged victorious 11-8, 11-9, 11-9 over the wildcard pair.
Both Wang and Sun had other titles to contend for, with Wang facing Japan's Sora Matsushima in the men's singles quarterfinals and partnering Lin Shidong to meet fellow Chinese Zhou Qihao and Chen Junsong in the men's doubles final on Saturday, while Sun will vie for a women's singles final spot with teammate Chen Xingtong.
