Should celebrities face criminal prosecution for evading taxes?

If she were in the US, it would be a criminal charge. In the US, those who evade tax can face felony charges, and, if convicted, up to five years in prison and $100,000 in fines, in addition to the money owed to the IRS. I hope that she will recover but it is a shame not paying tax.
