China Eastern welcomes new jet in Shanghai

China Eastern Airlines welcomes a B787-9 aircraft at the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport on Saturday, the first in the 15-aircraft ordered by the Shanghai-based carrier from Boeing. The new aircraft, featuring a number of most advanced passenger service systems, will launch its maiden flight from Shanghai to Chengdu on Sept 28. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]
